Part 5Boarding details
Dates you need Drop-off and pick-up, plus rough times if you know them.
How is your dog around other dogs? Other dogs may be staying at the same time, so please be candid — growling, resource guarding, or a bad history is important for us to know.
Separation anxiety? How they handle being away from you — barking, pacing, chewing, or nothing at all.
Bedtime routine Where and how they sleep at home, and roughly what time they settle.
What will you send with them? Food, bowls, bed, crate, leash, toys, medication, a blanket that smells like home.
Part 5Visits and your home

What schedule are you after? Which days, roughly what times, and how long each visit or walk should be.
How do we get in? Lockbox code, garage code, hidden key, or a key handed over in person.
Alarm system Code and how to arm and disarm it. Write "no alarm" if you don't have one.
On the leash Collar or harness, whether they pull, and how they react to other dogs, bikes, or cars.
Where do you keep everything? Leash, food, bowls, treats, poop bags, towels, cleaning supplies.
Anyone else who might come and go? Cleaner, lawn service, neighbor, family — so we're not surprised by each other.
Anything else about the house? Where to park, a gate that sticks, a door that needs a lift, thermostat rules.
Part 6Vaccination records
We need current Rabies and Bordetella records before the first visit. Email them to Angelaspetcareinc@gmail.com or just text a photo — whatever's easiest.
